Gayathree Gopi
Narana Capital was born out of Gayathree’s drive to empower accredited investors and retirement savers to achieve long-term wealth through democratized investment opportunities that align long-term impact with superior returns.
Gayathree Gopi co-founded Narana Capital, an alternative investment firm with a focus on proven high growth, risk-mitigated real estate opportunities.
Inspired by her role as an associate at K7 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm, and firsthand experience with $20 million family real estate investments, she ignited her passion for multifamily alternative investments, where she recognized their potential for both exponential wealth-building and making a positive social and environmental impact.
At K7 Capital Partners, Gayathree contributed to deal analysis and due diligence of the small multifamily real estate asset class in the high demand Austin-San Antonio corridor. She actively involved herself in investor screening, qualification, and financial goal alignment fit for accredited investors.
Her background in Computational Biology and data science at the University of Texas at Austin further strengthened her technical and financial analysis capabilities. She is currently pursuing an MS in Business Analytics with a focus on Financial Analytics at the McCombs School of Business.
Gayathree enjoys delving deep into topics ranging from machine learning applications for portfolio optimization to natural language processing and analytics. Through her work, she merges her passions for transformative real estate investments with data science and financial analytics.

Vishnuu Gopi
Vishnuu Gopi co-founded Narana Capital, an alternative investment firm with a focus on proven high growth risk mitigated real estate opportunities.
He worked on investment analysis for the $10 million John C. Goff Real Estate Investment Fund at the McCombs School of Business, UT Austin. He learned deal evaluation in the fast growing Senior Housing and Industrial sectors and performed equity research & security analysis on a leading senior housing industry player.
Besides being exposed to the world of real estate investments, he trained in deal sourcing, risk assessment, and financial viability. Vishnuu honed his financial acumen as an associate at K7 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm partnering and growing businesses that create sustainable value using growth transformation in the Technology and Real Estate industries.
Vishnuu discovered the untapped potential of multifamily real estate investments as a tool to build sustainable wealth through ground up construction opportunities as a result of his time at K7 Capital Partners, along with his firsthand experience with family investments in the real estate sector.
Narana Capital was created as a product of this realization, with the goal of empowering accredited investors and retirement savers to build long-term wealth in a democratized investing environment.
Vishnuu is currently pursuing an M.S. in Finance focused on real estate, finance, and long-term wealth creation at McCombs School of Business in UT Austin, where he is also completing his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Real Estate.
